WHEREAS, Public Resources Cade, Section 2710 et seq., requires that sand and gravel
pits be reclaimecL and
WHI:RF.AS. Section 1806.1 of Article 1 1 of the California Code o(` Regulations relating

13E IT FURTHF,R RF,SOLVED that if the 13uttc County Department of Public Works
(Road Division) ceases at any time to retain control of its ability to allocate any pledged revenue
to conduct and co~i~}~Iete reclamation, the Department shall notify the lead a~~encv and the
Department of Conservation and shall obtain alternative coverage within 6O days alter control
lapses.

the Department of Conservation to use the proceeds of said pledge to conduct and complete
reclamation as the lead a~~encv or the Department oi~Conservation determines that the operator is
incapable of performing the reclamation covered by the pledge.
