NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD AMENDMENT BETWEEN
BUTTE GOUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
AND
DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL 8~ DRUG PROGRAMS
OFFICE OF DRUG COURT PROGRAMS
FOR
FY 1999/00
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
accept additional funds from the California Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs
Office of Drug Court Programs in the amount of $5,160.00 toward FY 199912000,
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains May 1, 1999 through April 30,
2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to accept funds and continue its participation in the Drug
Court Expansion Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
25th day of July 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houh, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
