WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from ten or nu~re free-holders, requesting
the abandonment o~~ a public right o[~ way as described below. and at Least one o(~ the petitioners
is a resident ofthe road district in tivhich said public right of way is situated, and
WHEREAS, lni-suant to Chapter ~~ of Part ~ of Division 9 of the: California Streets and

Excepting therefrom the portions lying outside of the 20-foot radius returns at all corners
