BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE KIDS EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health, Community Services
Division has submitted an application which has been approved to participate in the Friday
Night Live Kids Expansion Project; and
WHEREAS, the Tulare County Superintendent of Schools has been authorized to
provide statewide leadership for the expansion of the Friday Night Live Kids Program.
Tulare County Superintendent of Schools hall also provide oversight; awarding funding to six
counties; and providing administrative support to awardees of a request for application {RFA)
process; and
WHEREAS, the term of the grant is July 1 2000 through June 30, 2001. The amount
of funds to be received FY 00-01 is $27,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Butte County Department of Behavioral
Health, Community Services Division has authorization to participate in the Friday Night Live
Kids Expansion Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26th day of
September 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis, and Chair llolan

ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
