STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into Contract Number S0004 (99/00} with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug
Programs for Negotiated Net Amount and Drug/Medi-Cal; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect decreased revenue
allocations, and term extension;
WHEREAS, the revenue is decreased from $2,138,968.00 by $77,946.00;
WHEREAS, the new total revenue is not to exceed $2,061,022.00;
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement is extended from July 1, 1998 through
June 30, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health acknowledges the decreased revenue total regarding this contract
with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
26t" day of September 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Koux, Josiassen, Davis, and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
