WITH
SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVIGES ADMINISTRATION
BLOCK GRANT
(S.A.M.H.S.A.)
FOR
FY 2000/2001
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health {BCDBH} has
authorization to accept funds from the California Department of Mental Health to accept
$140,761.00 in funding from federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services
Administration {SAMHSA} Block Grant,
2001
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2000 through June 30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to accept funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
26~" day of September 2000, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Hour, Josiassen, Davis, and Chair Dolan
