thereof by the Director oi~ Emergency Services on the 21" day of September, 2000, and its ratification by the Board
of Supervisors on the 26''' day of September, 2000, as a result of conditions of extreme peril to the safety ofpersons
and property caused by a wildfire in the Concow and Paradise areas, causing and threatening significanl property
damage (and risk to human life) commencing on September 19, 2000; and
WI-II:RIAS, the situation resulting fro-~~ said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte.
NUW, ~I'I IEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte. State of California, does hereby
proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
