NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD AMENDMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
OFFICE OF DRUG COURT PRORGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 199912000
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to Amend
its Agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court
Programs; and
WHEREAS, this Amended Agreement #DCP 98-004-01-A1 supersedes and replaces
the previous Grant Award Amendment #DCP 99-04-01-A1, and provides a 12-month time
extension for Project Year One funds, allowing us to carryover unspent funds into FY 2000/2001;
and
WHEREAS, the total revenue amount for FY 99!00 will remain $130,160.00.
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains May 1, 1999 through April 30, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral
Health acknowledges the Amendment regarding this contract with the State Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court Programs, and will continue its participation in the
Drug Court Partnership Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte Caunty Board of Supervisors this 24'h day of
October 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, ,Tosiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
