CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY Zoooi2aa~
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
accept funds from the State Department of Mental Health in continuing the existing
Phase I and Phase II of the Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Care
Program; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue to be received for FY 200012001 is $1,503,437.00
an increase of $38,864.00 from FY 98/99; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2000 through June 30,
2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to accept revenue from the State Department of Mental
Health for FY 2000/2001 and continue with the Program for Managed Care.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
24th day of October 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
