RESOLUTION FOR SUMMARY ABANDONMENTS FOR PORTIONS OF NEAL ROAD
WHEREAS, the portion of Neal Road right of way described i-1 Exhibit "B" Parcels 6, 7, 9, and 1 1 are
no longer necessary or required for road purposes because they have been superseded by relocation; and
WHEREAS, p~u-suant to Streets and Highways Code Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4, commencing with
Section 8330, the Board of Supervisors finds that said potions of Neal Road right of way should be summarily
vacated; and
WHEREAS, said vacation: will not cut off all access to any person's property which, prior to
relocation, adjoined said right of way; and will not terminate any public service casement.
NOW, "THEREFORE, BE I"T RESOLVED by the Board of Superti~isors of the C'uunty ol~ Butte, State
of California, as follo~~~s:
That the following described portions of Neal Road right of way are hereby summarily ~~acatcd and
abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Division 9, Part ~, Chapter 4, commencing ~~~ith Section
8330;
That from and after the date this Resolution is recorded, the said portion of Neal Road vacated no longer
constitutes a (street) or (highway). (SEE ATTACHED EXH[BITS "B").

and as shown on that certain Right of Way map E-2251 on lile at the Butte County Department of Public
Works, said point being 51.23 feet Left of Engineer's Centerline Station "C" 207+15.17 as shown on said Right
of Way neap E-2251, and from said point, the Southwest corner of said Section 12 bears South 43°l T 14" West,
a distance of 3,968.45 feet;
THENCE, leaving said Northwesterly Right of Way line North 80°l2' 10" East, a distance of 31.98 feet;
THENCE, North 38°37'46" East, a distance of 217.62 feet to the beginning of a 1,230.00 foot radius curve
concave to the Southeast;
THENCE, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 00°21'19", a distance of 7.62 feet to a point of
a non-tangent clu-ve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 695.00 feet, from which a radial bearing bears
South 57° l 9' 12" East, said point being on the Southeasterly line of said 60 foot Right of Way;
THENCE, along the arc of said non-tangent curve through a central angle of 24°30'14", a distance of 297.2
feet to a point, from which a radial bearing bears South 32°48'S8" East;
THENCE, leaving said Southeasterly Right of Way line North 47°40'42" East, a distance of 291.14 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 1,170.00 feet, from which a radial bearing
bears North 42°19' 18" West;
THENCE, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 10° 15'36", a distance of~ 209.E I feet to a point
of anon-tangent curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 89.00 feet and hein~r on the Northwesterly
line of said 60 foot Right of Way, from which a radial bearing bears North 52°24'56" West, from said point the

central angle of 26°11'22", a distance of 409.10 feet to the poilit of a reverse curve concave to the Southeast
having a radius of 755.00 feet, from which a radial bearing bears South 26°13'33" East;
THENCE, along the arc of said reverse curve through a central angle of 34°25'47", a distance of 453.69 feet
THENCE, South 29°20'40" West, a distance of 202.04 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

any time, or from time to time, to maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge the existing public

and was recorded under Serial No. 90-040646 in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of
California, and as shown on that certain Right of Way map E-2251 on file at the Butte County Department of

said Right of Way map E-2251, and from said point the Southwest corner of said Section 12 bears South
42°42'33" West, a distance of 5,730.25 feet, said point also being the beginning of a curve concave to the

THENCE, leaving said Northwesterly Right of Way line along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
27°02'44", a distance of 580.60 feet to a point on said Northwesterly Right of Way line, from which a radial

beginning of a curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 1,230.00 feet;
THENCE, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 14°07'06", a distance of 303.09 feet to a point
of anon-tangent curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 630.00 feet, from which a radial bearing
bears South 40° 41'41" East, said point being 30.00 leet Left oC Engineer's Centerline Station "C" 263 +-28.94
