WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into Contract Number 50004 (00/01 }with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug
Programs for Negotiated Net Amount and DruglMedi-Cal; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect increased revenue
allocations, and;

WHEREAS, the revenue is increased by $221,608.00 to $2,601,234.00;
WHEREAS, the new total revenue is not to exceed $2,061,022.00;
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will remain July 1, 1998 through June 30,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health acknowledges the increased revenue and total regarding this contract
with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
