L'ClUN'~.~• ~.,`~~~~r_tf~~~-t .~ of-oio RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 23 PHEASANT VALLEY DRAINAGE ~VHF,REAS, on December 28, 1905, the Qoard of Supervisors of the Col-nty of Butte, State of California, adopted and passed Resolution No. 65-137 establishing County Service Area No. 23 (Pleasant Valley Drainage); and WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division Il, Part 2, Chapter 2.2 of the Government Code ofthe State of California, commencing with Section 25210.1, Zink-Z~1171n1Oi1S Ge-7era1 Part-~ets has petitioned the Local Agency Formation Commission for the annexation of 4.7 acres of private propert}~ to County Service Area No. 23 (Pleasant Valley Drainage); and WHEREAS, on the 4'~' day of ,ianuary ?001, the Local Agency Formation Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. 15 ?000/Ol making determinations and approving the annexation t0 COLlllty' SCI"v1CC ACCT No. ~~ t0 111-1-7,e d1Stt'let drainage faClhtleS ~1S a COndltlOn Of SubChvlSl0ll al?pi'OVaI fo-' I'eSldent-al develop-llelll Of the propel'ty; and WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission has found the project to be a General pule Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act per Section 15061; and WHEREAS, said resolution adopted and passed by the Local Agency Fo---z~ation Commission authorircd the Board of Supervisors of the C"ounty of Butte to conduct proceedings for the annexation to County Service Area No. 23 after proper public notice and hearing; and WHEREAS, all Butte County and State of California fees must be paid in full by the landowner prior to filing the Certificate of Completion. NOW, THEREFORE, BI+: IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF 'I'IIE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows: 1. Said Board hereby finds and determines that the proceedings herein were condr-cted pursuant to Section ?5210.1 et seq. of the Government. ?. Said Board hereby determines to approve the annexation to County Service Area No. 23 (Pleasant Valley Drainage) as specified below. 3. The short form designation of these proceedings is: 01-12 - .Annexation to County Service Area No. 23 (Pleasant Valley Drainage} 4. Parcels to be annexed arc identified as APN's 048-750-012 and 013. 5. The boundaries of the annexation to C ou-1ty Service Arca No. 23 are hereby finally determined and established to be the same as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference. G. The Clerl< of the Board is authorized and directed to file a certified copy of the Resolution with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Comnussion.
