NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL 8~ DRUG PROGRAMS
OFFICE OF DRUG COURT PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
PROJECT YEAR 2
FY 2000/2001
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has been awarded funds for
Project Year 2 from the State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs to continue its
successful Drug Court Partnership Project; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue amount for FY 2000/2001 will remain $125,000 under
Agreement #DCP-99-004-02; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains May 1, 1999 through April 30, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral
Health acknowledges the multi year funding regarding this contract with the State Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court Programs, and authorizes the continued
participation in the Drug Court Partnership Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13t'' day of
March 2001, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Do]_an, Noux, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
