IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: Parcel 1 of Exhibit "A" is an easement only and reverts to adjoining property. Parcels 2 and 4 of Exhibit "A" are in fee and an agreement of sale has been signed. The above described portions of Lower Wyandotte Road per attached Exhibit "A" right of way are hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to the Streets and ~lighways Code Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4, commencing with Section No. 8330: And from and after the date the Resolution is recorded, the public right o(' wa_y ~~acated no longer constitutes a public right of way.
