RESOLUTION FOR SUMMARY ABANDONMENT
FOR
A PORTION OF LOWER WYANDOTTE ROAD
WHEREAS, portions of Lower Wyandotte Road Right of Way are no longer necessary
or required for road purposes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Sheets aild Highways Code Section Division 9, Part 3,
Chapter 4, commencing with Section No. 8330, the board finds that portions of Lower
Wyandotte Road Right of Way should be summarily vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BF. IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
Parcel 1 of Exhibit "A" is an easement only and reverts to adjoining property. Parcels 2
and 4 of Exhibit "A" are in fee and an agreement of sale has been signed. The above described
portions of Lower Wyandotte Road per attached Exhibit "A" right of way are hereby summarily
vacated and abandoned pursuant to the Streets and ~lighways Code Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4,
commencing with Section No. 8330:
And from and after the date the Resolution is recorded, the public right o(' wa_y ~~acated no
longer constitutes a public right of way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 27'x' day of
March, 2001, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

All of that portion of property lying Northerly and Easterly of the following described lint.
BEGINNING at a point on the existing Northerly right of way line of Lower Wyandotte Road, said point being
50.00 feet Left of Engineers Centerline Station `C' 12+80.19 as shown on said right of way maps E-2109 & E-
2478, and said point also being the beginning of anon-tangent curve, (to the Left), having a radius of 550.00
feet, (from which a radial bearing bears South O6°00'28" West);
THENCE, Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 24°12'35", a distance of 232.39
feet to a point of reverse curve, to the Right, 1laving a radius of 25.00 feet, (Isom which a radial bearinv bears
North 18°12'06" West), said point also being 50.00 feet Left of Engineers Centerline Station `C' 10+68.92 PC
as shown on said right of way maps E-2109 & E-2438;
THENCE, Northerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 83°46'39", a distance of 36.55 feet to
a point of reverse curve, to the Leli, having a radius of 1350.00 feet, (from which a radial bearing bears South

EXCEPTING AND RESERVING, a public service easement as defined in Streets and Highways Code Chapter
1 of Part 3 of Division 9 in Section 8306, and/or rights at any time, or from time to time, to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, renew and enlarge the existing public service facilities and facilities incidental thereto,
including access to protect the property from all hazards in, upon, and over the highway herewith to be
abandoned.
The herein described property lying Easterly of the North-South 1/16`x' line of the Northeast one-quarter of
Section 33, Township l9 North, Range 4 East, M.D.M., and Northerly of the above described line, (Parcel 1) is
to be combined with and become a part of those lands as described in the deed from the Mooretown Rancheria
to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN TRUST for the Indians oI' the Mooretown Rancheria as
filed for record in Butte County Official Records at Serial Number 1994-034974. No additional lots or parcels
are created hereby.
