HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-046BOARD OF ~.J P ERV ISOR.~ COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resolution No. 01-046 RESOLUTION OF 'THE BliTTE COliNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ?~T~IENDINU THE BUT''`TE COliN''Y CONFLICT OF INTEREST CORE WHEREAS, on May 7, 1991, the Butte County Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 9"~-56, adopted a Conflict of Interest Code, a listing of Designated Employees, a '.~:st;.ng of Conunir.tees ~nnc, Comm:ss-.ons, and Place of Filing for Designated Employees and Comm_ttees a-~d Commissions {hereafter col.l.ectively termed "Code") pursuant to the Fair Political Practices Act; on June 22., 1993, adopted Resolation No. 93-86 amending said Code; on 2larch 26, 1996, adopted Reso~~~~.ution No. 96-30 amending said Code; and on May 13, 1997, adopt=ed Resolution No. 97-59 amending said code; L~7H"r;R AS, the County o~ Butte has reviewed the Code as amended, arr a periodic basis as required by tyre Fair Poli,ica: ?ractices Act; and WHEREAS, after conducting such review, the Code requires modification. NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL?7ED, that: ~ That t'rle l-sting of ~ev~gnated Employees as set forth in the Code adopted by Resolution No. 97-59 be .r_eplaced fully and completely by the list. of Designated .~;mpioyees which accv.~:pan~es this Resolution. This attachment shall therefore supplant the former Attachment C to the County Conflict of Interest Code and become the applicable and valid Atta~Y._~.~ent C {Farts I, II, III and IV) to that Code. Code tlttachments B and C Parts I, II, IIl g Attachment E Conflict of Interests Code County of Butte Place of Filing Statements of Economic Interests Attachment B -Part I: Where: County Clerk-Recorder Butte County Elections Department 25 County Center Drive, Oroville CA 95965 From the list of designated employees, the Personnel Director shall be required to enclose in each appointment packet and termination packet, a Form 700 -Statement of Economic Interests. The Personnel Director shall notify the filing officer (County Clerk-Recorder} within seven days of each employee assuming or leaving any designated position. The employee shall submit the completed statement to his or her department head which shall make and retain a copy and forward the original statement to the County Clerk (Elections Department) where it shall be held on file. Attachment C -Part I: Where: Clerk of the Board of Supervisors Administration Office 25 County Center Drive, Oroville CA 95965 The Clerk of the Butte County Board of Supervisors shall furnish to each designated member upon his or her appointment and termination, a Farm 700 -Statement of Economic Interests. The member shall submit the completed statement to the Clerk of the Butte County Board of Supervisors where it shall be held on file. Attach E. Attachment C -Part III: Where: Butte County Consolidated Courts Court Executive Officer 1 Court Street, Oroville CA 9965 The Court Executive Officer of the Butte Count Consolidated Courts shall furnish to each designated member upon his or her appointment and termination a Form 700 -Statement of Economic Interests.
