STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into a new multi-year Agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug
Programs far the Negotiated Net Amount (NNA) and Drug/Medical; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will be July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to enter into this Agreement with the State Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs for the next 3 years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26~h
day of June 2Q01, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi. and Chair Josiasson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
