THE STANDARD AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
AND
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING GRANT
FOR
FY 2001-2004
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH} has authorization
to enter into an Agreement with the State of California Department of Mental Health, for the
implementation of the Supportive Housing Initiative; and
WHEREAS, this program will target the consumer with mental health andtor substance
problems in Oroville, the county seat of Butte County; and
2004.
WHEREAS, the term of the multi year agreement shall be July 1, 2001 through June 30,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors has
authorized the Department of Behavioral Health to contract with the Department of Mental Health
and except the funds in the amount of $816,714.00 aver this multi year period (FY 01/02
$358,687, FY 02!03 $272,703, and FY 03/04 $185,351}.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 10`h day of July
2001, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
