RESOLUTION FOR SUMMARY ABANDONMENT
FOR
A PORTION OF CHURCH STREET (Formerly Fourth Street) IN THE TOWN OF RICHVALE
WHEREAS, portions of Church Strut Right of Way are no longer necessary or required for road
purposes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code Section Division 9, Part 3, Chapter ~,
commencing with Section No. 8330, the board finds that portions of Church Street Right of Way should be
summarily vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
That the following described portions of Church Street right of way(formerly Fourth Street) in the
Town of Richvale are hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code
Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4, commencing with Section No. 8330:
And from and after the date the Resolution is recorded, the said portion of Church Street vacated no
longer- constitutes a public right of way. (SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A"}
