RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
TO ACCEPT ADDITIONAL FUNDING RELATING TO THE STEWART McKINNEY
PROJECTS FOR ASSISTANGE IN TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS (PATH)
GRANT ALLOCATION
WHEREAS, The Stewart McKinney Projects for Assistance in Transition from
Homelessness (PATH) has awarded additional grant funds to the Butte County
Department of Behavioral Health for the purpose of providing representative payee
services for persons who are mentally ill and substance abusing, as well as those who
are or at risk of being homeless; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) is a local
government agency that is qualified to implement this grant and wishes to accept the
additional grant funds relating to this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of
Supervisors authorizes the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health to accept the
additional funding relating to the PATH grant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 9th day
of October 2001, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
