RESOLUTION SETTING OFFICE HOURS FOR BUTTE COUNTY LIBRARY
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 provides that the Board of Supervisors may adopt resolution
specifying those office hours which a department will be open to public business transactions; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Library has received funding from the City of Chico for the Chica
Branch Library; and
WHEREAS, this has allowed the Library to add the additional staff needed to increase public service
hours for the Chico Branch Library
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that the Butte
County Libraries will be open to the public effective Saturday, Oetaber 13, 2001 as follows:

Resolution No. 98-176 adopted December 1.5, 1998, is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this
