RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD AMENDMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL 8~ DRUG PROGRAMS
OFFICE OF DRUG COURT PRORGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 2001/2002
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to Amend
its Agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court
Programs; and
WHEREAS, this Amended Agreement #DCP 00-04-02-A1 supersedes and replaces the
previous Grant Award #DCP 00-004-02, and provides a 12-month time extension for Project
Year Two additional funds, allowing us to carryover unspent funds into FY 200112002; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue amount for FY 00!01 will remain $132,185.00; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains May 1, 1999 through April 30, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral
Health acknowledges the Amendment regarding this contract with the State Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court Programs, and will continue its participation in the
Drug Court Partnership Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20`h day of
November 2001, by the fallowing vote:
