Z,OUIS'~;,•• ~rrr^^^^ws BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA 1~E'SOtUt1O11 NCB, 01-143 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT BETWEEN STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS AND BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to enter into Contract Number 50004 (00/01) with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for Negotiated Net Amount and Drug/Medi-Cal; and WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect finalized revenue allocations, and; WHEREAS, the revenue is decreased from $2,601,234.00 to $2,417.023.00 by $184,211.00; WHEREAS, the new total revenue is not to exceed $2,417,023.00; WHEREAS, the term of the agreement is extended from July 1, 1998 through June 30, 2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health acknowledges the decreased revenue total regarding this contract with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
