RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD
AMENDMENT BETWF.F.N STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
OFFICE OF DRUG COURT PRORGRAMS AND BUTTE COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FOR FY 200112002
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors authorisation to amend its Agreement evith the State Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court Programs; and
WHEREAS, the BCDBH requests the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorization to
accept additional funds in the amount of $8,023.00 for FY 2001 /2002 project year 3; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue amount to be received for FY 01/02, project year 3 will be
increased to $133,023.00; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Office of Drug Court Programs agreement remains
May 1, 1999 through April 30, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to amend its contract with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs
Office of Drug Court Programs, and authorizes BCDBH to accept the additional $8,023.00 in
funding for FY 2001/2002.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 18`~ day of
December 2001, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan., Houx, ~'amagucli and Chair Jo>assen
