~~~ O~ ~S Up~+~~ir ©• ~~ ~ • ~ ~i +~.0 f i* : x' ' *i ~F r~~~~i~j~~~~~~'~ ~~~~~~~~1~ ~!' • Ott ~Q V 1~~~~~ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resolution No. oz~-o2o BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND CRIME PREVENTION ACT OF 2000 COUNTY PLAN AND FUNDING REQUEST FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT and TESTING ACCOUNTABILITY FUNDS FY 2001-2002 WHEREAS, in October of 2001, Senate Bill 223 was awarded under the Substance Abuse and Crime Prevention Act of 2000 which directs counties to implement a plan to be used for substance abuse treatment and testing of SACPA probationers and parolees; and WHEREAS, In order to receive funding pursuant to the Senate Bill, the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has prepared a County Plan that will comply with the provisions of the Substance Abase and Crime Prevention Act of 2000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby, approves the county plan, completed pursuant to §9515, Title 9, California Code of Regulations, by Butte County Department of Behavioral Health. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 29th day of January 2002 by the following vote: AYES: Supe:r_visors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yc~Tnat;uchi and Chair Josias;~ea NOES: None ABSENT: None s NOT VOTING: Norse b;~' ~.
