COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 4$ of Ordinance No. 3$07 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto
the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Public Health Nurse III, II, I (position to end 12-3 I-04)
1 Public Health Assistant II, I (position to end 12-31-04)
1 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
(position to end 12-3 I -04)
1 Medical Records Technician II, I (position to end 12-31-04)
thereby increasing the total from 125 to 131.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3$07 of the County of
Butte entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, TIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

Butte entitled "SALARh PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS (Effective 09-29-0 l )" by deleting therefrom the
following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 61 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "630-001 LIBRARY" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 28 to 29.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by
deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

the following:
