RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 2001 /2002
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors authorization to continue the existing Phase I and Phase II of the
Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Care Program with the State Department of
Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the BCDBH requests the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize
acceptance of additional funds in the amount of $318,328.00 for FY 200112002 bringing the total
amount receivable under this agreement to $2,021,373.00 for FY 2001/2002; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to continue their Inpatient and Outpatient Program for Managed care services,
and authorizes BCDBH to accept the additional $318,328.00 in funding for FY 200112002.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26"' day of
March 2002, by the fallowing vote:
