COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
l Program Manager -Butte County Children & Families
Commission (term position to end 06-30-02)
1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I (term position to end 06-30-02)
I Administrative Services Assistant
(term position to end 06-30-02}
1 Public Health Nurse III, II, I (term position to end 03-31-03)
2 Nutrition Assistant III
7 Nutrition Assistant I.I., I
and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-003 PUBLIC HEALTH -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH" by
deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

5 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 25.8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Sectian 43 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "490-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -RABIES CONTROL" by deleting
therefrom the following:

1 Office Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 6.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "54l -001 BEHAVIORAL, HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:

Mental Health Worker (position to end 06-30-04)

thereby increasing the total from 325.5 to 329.
