COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 53 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPOR"I' SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Analyst II, I
I Information Systems Technician II, I
thereby increasing the total from 173 to 175.
NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor, or
Mental Health Worker
I Mental Health Clinician II, I
1 Psychiatrist
thereby increasing the total from 329 to 332.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Baard of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 71 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
$12'7,933 1 ] 0 Chief Administrative Officer
and adding thereto the following:
Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
$1 10,000 1 10 Chief Administrative Officer
