BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approves
the cooperative agreement to provide fire protection service for local agencies,
entered into between the County of Butte and the California Department of
Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 2001 through June 30,
2002.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
the ~ th_ day of Tay 2002, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
