COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisars of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "480-004 LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION (LAFCo)"
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst II, I
thereby increasing the total from 4 to 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3$07 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-00 i PUBLIC HEALTH GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification rhitle
1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
thereby increasing the total from 132 to 133.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 54 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -
ADMINISTRATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of Butte
entitled "020-OOl ADMINISTRATIVE" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

Administrative Services Assistant or Principal Clerk
adding thereto the following:

Supervisor -Staff Suppot~t Services or
Administrative Services Assistant
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 12.
