RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHANGES IN THE MAINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BU'T'TE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2]21 of the Streets and Highway Code provides that in May of
each year, County shall submit to the Department of Transportation, State of California, any
additions to or exclusions from its mileage of maintained County roads, specifying the termini
and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
W~IEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, certified to the
State Controller on June 30, 2001, that the total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte
Cauntywas 1,355.93 miles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF. IT RESOLVEll that the total mileage of maintained
County roads be 1,354.81 miles, as indicated in color on the maps marked t~xhibit "A" and in
accordance with the additions, exclusions, or corrections to the tabulation marked Exhibit "B"".
Both exhibits are hereby made, by reference thereto, a part of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that duplicate copies of the herein
above said Exhibits "'A" and "B" shall be tiled in the office of the Director of Public Works of
the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
