RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD AMENDMENT
BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
OFFICE OF DRUG COURT PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 2001/2002
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health {BCDBH) requires
authorization from the Butte County Board of Supervisors to amend it's existing Rgreement with
the California Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court Programs far the
Comprehensive Drug Court Implementation Program #CDCI-00!01-04-01 for FY 200112002, to
extend the period of time in which BCDBH can expend year one funds; and
WHEREAS, There will be no change to the Maximum allocation; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will remain from December 29, 2000 through
December 18, 2004, for the term of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte Count Board of Supervisors
authorized BGDBH to amend its contract with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs
Office of Drug Court Programs, and continue its participation in the Drug Court Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 11`h day of
June 2002, by the following vote:
