RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONIES TO
COUNTY SERVICE AREAS 60, 62, 6C, 6&, 75, 102 & 103 FROM THC
COUNTY SERVICE ARF,A REVOLVING LOAN FUND
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors, ln-rsuant to Resolution No. 75-82,
established a County Service Area Revolving Loan h'und; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25210.9c provides that a County nay
appropriated any of it available monies to such fund in an amount not to exceed 41,000,000; and
WHEREAS, said Section 252109e furthe-- provides that said revolving fiu~d shall be
reimbursed from monies made available from a benefiting service area and that no sums shall be
disbursed from the revolving fund Lu~til the Board of Supervisors has, by resolution, established a
method by the term {not exceeding ten years) tivithin which the county service area is to
reimburse the revolving find, and specified that the sen-ice area also shall reimburse the funds
for interest at the current rate per annum received on similar types of investments, as determined
by the Cou-~ty Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County l3oard of Supervisors has determined that there is a need
to provide monies to:

Lassenwood Subdivision Street Lighting

- Meadowlark Acres Subdivision
- Morris Subdivision Street Lighting
for the costs associated with these County Service Areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, QE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that:
1. County Service Area 60 - Lasse-7wood Subdivision1 Street Lighting
a. $25.00 is to be disbursed fi-om the CSA Revolving Loan Ftu~d to County Service
Area b4.
b. The suns disbursed to County Service Area 60 shall be reimbursed to the
Revolving Loan Fund, withi~~ 1 year, according to authorized statutes.
c. County Service Area b0 shall also reimburse the Revolving Loan Fund for interest
at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the Cowlty on similar types of
investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
2. County Service Area 62 -Rancho De Thunder Street Lighting
a, $44.40 is to be disbursed from the CSA Revolving Loan Fund to County Service
Area 62.
b. The sum disbursed to County Service Area 62 shall be reimbursed to the
Revolving Loan Fund, within 1 year, according to authorized statutes.
c. County Service Area 62 shall also reimburse the Revolving Loan Fund for interest
at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County on similar types of
investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
3. County Service Area 66 -Peach "Free Place Street Lighting
a. $20.40 is to be disbursed from the CSA Revolving Loan Fund to County Service
Area 66.
b. The sum disbursed to County Service Arca 6C shall be reimbursed to the
Revolving Loan Fund, within 1 year, according to authorized statutes.
c. County Service Area 66 shall a]so reimburse the Revolving Loan Fund for interest
at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County on similar types of
investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
4. County Service Area 68 -Crestwood Street Lighting
a. $40.44 is to be disbursed from the CSA Revolving Loan Fund to County Service
Area 68.
b. The sum disbursed to County Service Area 68 shall be reimbursed to the
Revolving Loan Fund, within 1 year, according to authorized statutes.
c. County Service Area 68 shall also reimburse the Revolving Loan Fund for interest
at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County on similar types of
investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
5. County Service Area 75 -North Park Street Lighting
a. $519.00 is to be disbursed from the CSA Revolving Loan Fund to County Service
Area 75.
b. The sum disbursed to County Service Area 75 shall be reimbursed to the
Revolving Loan Fund, within 1 year, according to authorized statutes.
c. County Service Area 75 shall also reimburse the Revolving Loan Fund for interest
at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County on similar types of
investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
6. County Service Area 102 -Meadowlark Acres Subdivision
a. $1,200.00 is to be disbursed from the CSA Revolving Loan Fund to County
Service Area 102.
b. The sul1~ disbursed to County Service Area 102 shall be reimbursed to the
Revolving [,oan Fund, within 3 years, according to authorized statutes.
c. County Service Area 102 shall also reimburse the Revolving Loan Fund for
interest at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County on similar types of
investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
7. County Service Area 103 -Morris Subdivision Street Lighting
a. $10.00 is to be disbursed from the CSA Revolving Loan Fund to County Service
Area 103.
b. The sum disbursed to County Service Area 103 shall be reimbursed to the
Revolving Loan Fund, within 1 year, according to authorized statutes.
c. County Service Area 103 shall also reimburse the Revolving Loan Fund for
interest at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County on similar types of
investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
