RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3807 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 71 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOIN"TED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
