RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3807 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Bu tte hereby amends Section 70 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte by deleting the entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS,
REFERENCE G, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES' UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" in its
entirety and adding thereto the entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED
POSI'I~IONS, REFERENCE G, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES' UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS (Effective 09-29-01)" to include the following:
