COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

amended by adding thereto the following:

amended by adding thereto the fallowing:

SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

Butte entitled "541-003 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -DRUG TREATMENT" is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

Butte entitled "629-001 LIBRARY -LITERACY GRANT" is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
