RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3807 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 22 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "320-005 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD" is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 12-31-02)
thereby increasing the total from 18 to 19.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Public Health Nurse II (term position to end 12-31-02)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Public Health Nurse II {position to end 12-31-02)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 138.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 71 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS (Effective 07-06-02)" by
deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:
