COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, TI IF,REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supers-isors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 3? of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification "I`itle
1 Probation Officer III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification "hide
1 Information Systems Technician III, II, I
thereby lea~~ing the total unchanged at 103.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors afthe
County of Butte hereby amends Section ?0 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CHILD SUPPORT
INVESTIGA"hION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3.5 District Attorney Investigator II, I
I Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby decreasing the total from 8.5 to 4.
