RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3807 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "070-001 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Staff Support Services
and adding thereto the following:

1 Supervisor -Clerical Support Services
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 20,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 70 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNI"I'
