HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-136~~~ ©~ ~S Up,~,~~i~ •O~ ''4.~ i'~A~ i* : '~ ~ *i E~OARD OF SUPERVISCJRS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R~~salufion No. oz-i3h RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT BETWEEN STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FOR FY 2002/2003 WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte County Board of Supervisors authorization to continue the existing Phase I and Phase 11 of the Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Care Program with the State Department of Mental Health; and WHEREAS, the total revenue to be received for FY 2002!2003 is $2,021,373.00; and WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes BCDBH to continue their Inpatient and Outpatient Program for Managed care services.
