RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3807 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I"I~ RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby deletes Sectian 44 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of Butte
entitled "531-002 PUBLIC WORKS -TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS" in its entirety.
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-OOl PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

2 Supervisor -Health Education Specialist
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by
deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the fallowing:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of
Butte entitled "541-002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - SUBSTANCE ABUSE
SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the fallowing:

MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS {Effective 12-2?-O l )" by deleting therefrom the following:

REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS (Effective 07-06-02)" by
deleting therefrom the following:
