RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PUB[.IC HIGHZVAY CROSSING
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUTTE COUNTY AND UNION PACIFIC RAll.ROAD COMPANY
COVERING THE RECONSTRUCTION & WIDENING OF THE F,XISTING 1VEST EAST
AVENUE AT-GRADE PUBLIC ROAD CROSSING AT OR NEAR CHICO, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
That said County approve Public Highway Crossing Agreement between Butte County and
Union Pacific Railroad Company covering the Reconstruction & Widening of the Existing
West Cast Avenue At-Grade Public Road Crossing at or near Chico, California and the
Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of said County.
2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to
Public Highway Crossing Agreement between Butte County and Union Pacific Railroad
Company covering the Reconstruction & Widening of the Cxisting West Cast Avenue At-
Grade Public Road Crossing at or near Chico, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 27th _ day of _ ~1u~ust , 2002, by the following vote:
