RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD AMENDMENT
BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 2U02l2003
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health {BCDBN) requires
authorization from the Butte County Board of Supervisors to amend its existing Agreement with
the California Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for the Youth Development and Crime
Prevention Grant #00-00243 for FY 2002!2003, to extend the period of time in which BCDBN can
expend unspent funds as necessary; and
WHEREAS, There will be no change to .he Maximum allocation; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will be June 28, 2001 through September 30,
2003, for the term of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL'v ED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorize BCDBN to amend its contract with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs,
and continue its participation in the project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 27th day of
August 2002, by the fallowing vote:
