RESOLUTION REGARDING A 12 MONTH EXTENSION TO THE
STANDARD AGREEMENT NO.: 97-STBG-1103
TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2002
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Community Development, Division of
Community Affairs has approved the use of program income fends of up to $100,000 for use in
assisting in the repair of the Stirling City Septic Management System by an amendment and
extension of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Number 97-STBG-1103 to
September 30, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has approved the amendment of the 97-STBG-
1103 to utilize up to $100,000 of program income funds for use in the assisting of the repair of
the Stirling City Septie Management System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'I' RESOLVED that this Board supports and approves the
extension of Standard Agreement No.: 97-STBG-1103 to September 30, 2002 and the use of
program income of up to $100,000 for use in assisting in the repair of the Stirling City Septic
Management System.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this 27th day
of August 2002, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
