RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
GRANT APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
STEWART MCKINNEY PROJECTS FOR ASSISTANCE IN TRANSITION FROM
HOMELESSNESS (PATH} GRANT FUNDS
FOR
FY 2002!2003
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
accept funds from the California Department of Mental Health to accept $31,207 in
continuing federal Stewart McFtinney Projects for Assistance in Transition from
Homelessness (PATH) grant funds to continue the Representative Payee Program,
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2002 through June 30,
2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to accept funds and continue with the Representative
Payee Program as a part of services available to consumers and clients.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
10h day of September 2002, by the following vote:
