RESOLU"PION AMENDINCr ORDINANCE NO. 3s3o OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 35 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 5 to 44, to be effective October 12, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Services Assistant (position to end 06-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Administrative Analyst III, II, I {position to end 06-30-03)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 138.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 53 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -
ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Paralegal
thereby decreasing the total from 173 to 172.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 57 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "570-008 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -PUBLIC
GUARDIAN" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
l Deputy Publie Guardian/Public Administrator i
thereby increasing the total from 5 to 6.
