FOR FY 2002/2003 WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH} requires Butte County Board of Supervisors authorization to re-apply for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Block Grant and to accept $440,733.00 in funding that has been allocated far Fiscal Year 2002/2003; and WHEREAS, the term of the SAMHSA agreement shall be July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health to submit the FY 200212003 application and to accept the $440,733.00 in funding for this fiscal year.
