"That this board hereby gives notice that at its regular meeting on November 12, 2002, at 10:25 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville Calii-ornia, a hearing shall be held to hear all persons interested in the abandOllll~ellt of that CeCtalll C1'Ow11 POlilt ROad I']ght Of Wily S1tUate 111 the COUnty Of Blltte, StatC of California, more particularly described as follows: Being a portion of that certain County of Butte road known as "Crown Point Road", lying within the Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 24, [ oWllshlp ZJ Nor"Th, RangC 2 )/a5t, M.D.N7., and HISO bCing 5hOw11 On that CCrtaln State of California, Division of highways ABANDONMENT MAP and RELINQUISIIME,N'T MAP for relinquishment to the COUNTY OF BUTTE under Relinquishment Request No. 2~ 145-X in State I fighway Map Book No. 4 at Pages 27 & 28, on file in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, and also being more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a point on the centerline of said County of Butte road known as "Crown Point Road", said paint also being on the south line of said Northwest one- quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 24, and also being 1/10 mile, more or less, easterly of State Ffigl~~way 32. THENCE,, Northerly 5/l0 of a mile, more or less, along said centerline of Crown Point Road to a point lying on the North line of said Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 24, said point also being on the most southerly boundary line of that certain parcel of land currently owned by the United States of America, and said point being the northerly end of the County of Butte maintained portion of Crown Point Road.
