COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 15 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "080-001 ASSESSOR" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Appraiser
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
i Supervisor -Appraiser or Senior Appraiser
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 49.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 31 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "420-001 PROBATION -JUVENILE HALL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Principal Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Services Assistant or Principal Clerk

19 Juvenile Hall Counselor II, I
.5 Senior Cook
2 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby increasing the total from 34 to 55.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Social Worker II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
i Senior Employment and Eligibility Technician
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 138.
