COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER- SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Public Safety Dispatcher or Public Safety Dispatcher Trainee
(position to end 06-30-03)
and adding thereto the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
2 Public Safety Dispatcher or Public Safety Dispatcher Trainee
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 36 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "440-002 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES -BUILDING INSPECTION"
by deleting therefrom the following:

Butte entitled "480-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES -PLANNING" by deleting
therefrom the following:

Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by
deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 339.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "541-002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - SUBSTANCE ABUSE
SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby decreasing the total from 33 to 31.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 53 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -
ADMINISTRATION" by adding thereto the following:

2 Administrative Analyst III
thereby increasing the total from 172 to 174.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section SS of Ordinance No. 3$30 of the County of
Butte entitled "570-004 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -SERVICES" by
adding thereto the following:

2 Social Worker IV, III
thereby increasing the total from 119 to 121.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 60 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "630-001 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the following:

3 Library Assistant I (position to end 09-30-03)
and adding thereto the fallowing:

3 Library Assistant II, I (position to end 09-30-03)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of

Butte entitled "757-001 NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL (MANAGEMENT)"
by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 3 to 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
